Privacy Policy

Braviosys LLC (“Braviosys”, “we”, “us”) builds AI integration systems for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through braviosys.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

Last updated: 20 May 2026.

The short version

We only collect what you give us through the contact form, plus privacy-friendly analytics if you consent. We use it to reply to you and to improve the site. We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or add you to a drip marketing sequence.

Who is responsible

Braviosys LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. To exercise any of the rights below, or for any privacy question, use our contact form.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, the project description you write, and any optional timeline. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically (only with your consent). If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we collect standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate (IP-derived) location, device and browser type, referring source, and on-page interactions such as clicks and scrolls. We do not collect this until you opt in, and you can decline.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (health, biometric, political, etc.). Please don’t include sensitive personal data in the contact form’s free-text field.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule a discovery call.
  • To prepare a proposal if we’re a fit.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics only, with consent).
  • To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
  • Consent — for analytics and session-recording cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the bvs_consent cookie or contacting us.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you initiate and to keep the site secure.
  • Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.

Cookies and analytics

By default the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A small functional cookie (bvs_consent) records your cookie choice so we don’t ask again.

If you accept analytics, we use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — aggregate site usage, with IP anonymisation enabled.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — heatmaps and session replays to see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks input fields by default.

Both load only after you click “Accept” in the banner. Choosing “Decline” means neither is loaded.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted processors. We don’t sell or rent personal data to anyone.

  • Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script) — contact-form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet we control.
  • Slack (Salesforce) — we receive a notification of new contact-form submissions.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting and infrastructure.
  • Google / Microsoft — analytics, as described above, only with consent.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.

International transfers

Our processors may store data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA/UK, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by the processor.

How long we keep it

  • Contact-form submissions: retained while we evaluate and pursue the opportunity, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We delete on request.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the provider’s defaults (GA4 retention is configurable; Clarity retains for a limited period).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Under the GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

To exercise any right, submit a request through our contact form. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (and aim for sooner).

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers, scope access tightly, and limit retention. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be noted on this page.
